I'm Bethany William, The Medical Medium.
Happy Mother's Day.
Really glad to be here live, Instagram.
Hey, everybody.
I know you guys are busy.
Many of you are busy.
It's a special day.
Talking about rumors, concerns, myths around celery juice.
I'm also talking about some of the things that are in celery juice, how powerful they are,
why they're so important.
I'm talking about also chronic illness, healing, moving past their illnesses,
using tools like celery juice and everything.
I got the celery juice book with me here.
I first want to say happy Mother's Day
because moms literally make the planet go around.
That's the bottom line.
And it's, hey, moms should be appreciated
every single day of the year, and we know that.
I mean, we really do know that.
It should be every single day, all year long,
without a doubt, because moms are,
they're doing so much.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
I know some moms and they're just like, it doesn't stop all day long.
It starts at 5 in the morning.
It starts at 6 in the morning.
And then it goes all the way until 11 o'clock at night.
And then it starts all over again and goes all the way.
And it's seven days a week.
And that's between everything, holding down the house, working jobs or whatever, or just taking care of the babies.
It's unbelievable to the degree of what moms do and how hard they work, what they've been through.
And the thing is, one of the reasons why I'm doing this live on Mother's Day is because I've seen all these years, I've seen so many moms struggle with a chronic illness, the chronic fatigue syndrome, the fibromyalgia, the brain fog, the difficulty just functioning on a daily basis, the aches and pains, the neurological conditions, all the different diagnoses that moms have gotten over the years.
moms being also told that they're crazy and that their symptoms aren't real and their anxiety is
just all in their head or their depression is really all in their head and why aren't they happy
why aren't the moms happy you know why aren't you know and i've heard this you know is it is it
depression because you just had a baby is it is it that did they get diagnosed with depression
right after the pregnancy do they you know moms are misunderstood this is a this is about health
And health means everything, and it means everything to mommies.
That's why I actually wanted to do this live because it's like, okay, you know what?
I'm going to do this live on Mother's Day because I've seen so many moms persevere, rise above their illnesses, regardless of what was said to them, whether it was psychiatrists telling them that their anxiety wasn't real or it was a doctor saying, you know, you shouldn't be depressed.
You're probably just depressed because you had a baby or however.
And there's real reasons why mommies get depressed.
There's real reasons.
We have the toxic heavy metals.
We have the viruses.
A lot of times moms, they come down with their Epstein-Barr and their thyroid disorders and all these different things around pregnancy before and after.
And it's always, always overlooked.
And moms are always told they're hormonal.
Everything's blamed on their hormones as if they have no control over their lives and that everything is the fault of their hormones and everything is the fault of who they are as a woman.
And it's incredible what moms have gone through.
And I just wanted to do this.
I wanted to do this live on Mother's Day because, you guys, I'm reading all your comments.
I am just so you know.
But I just – I wanted to do this on Mother's Day because of this because I've seen – I mean I've talked to so many mommies over the years.
I mean thousands and thousands and thousands over the decades and the decades have changed.
They've changed with chronic illness and medicine.
First of all, we've gotten so much sicker and moms have gotten so much sicker, you guys.
It's incredible over the years.
You know what I mean?
And I love you too and Spirit loves you too.
And so the deal is, is when you really think about it, what mommies have gone through, what I see even three decades ago, all moms were just told they were like crazy if they had a little anxiety and that it was all in their head and they were kind of like, oh, they were just overwhelmed.
And that's so unfair because moms handle literally everything.
Where do you think the term super mom comes from?
Because every mom is a super mom, every single one.
So, you know, when you think about it, but, and, and the bottom line is though, is moms have gone through hell and back and women have gone through hell and back in general, even if, if, if some women aren't moms and many aren't in, and, or not moms yet, or, or they're not moms or they're moms to their doggies or they're moms to their, their, their kitty cats or however.
But the point is, is women have been fighting for their health, their well-being and getting heard and everything around it.
And at the same time, trying to persevere, do all the work they do, push through every day, do what they're doing.
It's really incredible when you think about it.
So when we say Happy Mother's Day, what are we really saying?
We're saying, oh my God, yeah, Happy Mother's Day for sure, persevering.
pushing through this hard world, I mean, and everything that comes with it, and taking care
of your children, and taking care of your families. Moms not only take care of their children, they
take care of their whole family. They take care of their other, they care of all of their families.
So it's amazing what happens. And I wanted to say Happy Mother's Day, and it's an honor to actually
be here to actually talk to you guys. So I'm talking about with the celery juice, rumors,
myths about celery juice because it's really an important one when you think about it because
here you got you got women and men trying to actually drink their celery juice and they get
told hey that celery juice is bad for you there's nitrates in it it's too much sodium in there it
has you know it has something bad in there that you have to worry about and or too much sugar in
there you'll even hear that one actually that's actually a really funny one that one really
cracks me up as if it was carrot juice, straight carrot juice, or if there was table sugar in your
celery juice, you know. So that's a funny one. So it's good to go over these rumors, myths,
and concerns. And the other thing about this is that there's a lot of moms out there that
give their children celery juice and are getting their children better with celery juice. So
that's a really important thing when we think about it. One thing about the industries,
medical research and science and the pharma industries and everything else around it.
They want control over mommies.
That's a big deal.
So they want full control over mommies.
That's how it works.
Not the doctors.
Not the doctors.
The doctors are mommies too.
And the doctors are amazing people.
It's the industry above the doctors.
They want control over moms in ways that you couldn't even imagine.
They don't like mommy drinking celery juice, giving her baby celery juice, making the world better for her family, making the health better for her children, and making the health better for her.
The industry doesn't like that.
So there's going to be a lot of what I call plants in the industry.
They're planted in the lower levels of the industry to kind of derail something that doesn't give anybody true monetary gain in the industries, that doesn't build empires.
A trend that's above all trends, which is the celery juice, by the way, medical medium celery juice.
It's even on sale on Amazon more than I've seen it.
So you get Amazon and you get a copy because it's coming out.
I don't know if it's 10 days now or something like that.
I'm not sure what it is, but it's coming out soon.
And it's going to probably be out of stock fast.
So make sure you get one locked down.
So the thing is, is the industries don't like mommies having control over their own health.
It's made and designed so you rely on the industry.
So you feed it and you realize that you don't self-really care your children.
You don't self-care yourself so much that you become dependent on an industry that really doesn't want you drinking celery juice.
Why do you think mainstream media is constantly like, oh, there's no science behind your celery juice.
Does it really help Gloria?
Does it really help Susan?
Does it really help Samantha?
Does it really help Lisa?
No, they're just, they're just, it's mainstream media is always trying to knock it down, bring it down in any way possible.
Even alternative mainstream too.
So alternative medicine doesn't want to see celery juice take over because it's taking away all this other jazz about the collagen.
They've convinced women to take 24-7, which does nothing for the skin.
Or they've already convinced women to spend money on so many other things.
They don't want them going to the grocery store and getting celery juice for their children and for them and seeing their skin get better.
and I talk about the skin in here and how incredible it is when your skin's getting better and everything in the celery juice book.
They don't want to see that.
So rumors and myths about celery juice and concerns are going to arise.
And I answer them all in here.
Now, in this live, I'm about to cover a bunch of them.
I can't answer all of them.
I can't cover all of it because it's so packed in here.
There's so much in it.
But what's happening is these things arise to try to derail moms so that you end up relying on alternative money spending and conventional money spending and all this other stuff.
I love your work too because I know you're doing good work too.
And I'm looking at all your comments at the same time, you guys.
And so the whole deal is how do we kind of avoid this thing that they're doing, the traps they're setting?
Well, one is I put all the traps in here as far as what they're doing, what the traps are they're setting.
So they're trying to tangle you up.
They're trying to snare you.
And protecting moms is the key.
You know what I mean?
I was thinking, hey, look, I'm going to talk about rumors, myths, concerns about celery juice on Mother's Day.
And it sounded kind of intense, right, on Mother's Day.
But isn't it about protecting our moms?
Isn't it about protecting our daughters?
Isn't it about protecting our families?
Isn't it about protecting, you know, and that's what it's about.
So and moms get disrespected all the time and sons.
Isn't it about protecting our sons and it's about protecting our children.
It's very important.
So when you think about it, mommies are protecting their sons.
They're protecting their daughters and protecting their families.
And so we need to be protecting mommies.
That's basically the bottom line.
That's what we have to do.
So it's like, OK, you know what?
rumors, myths, concerns. It's really annoying kind of because it's about the stuff they're
doing out there to try to stop you from drinking your celery juice and stop mommy from getting
healthy and stop mommy from getting her children healthy. Stop mommy from getting her sons and
daughters healthy. And so what should we do? Well, we should talk about it a little bit.
So it's so great here. You know, those who haven't known the serious suffering out there,
I'm going to tell you how it works. I noticed that out there in the world, the ones that are
actually kind of involved with trying to stop you from drinking your celery juice are the ones that
have never suffered. They really haven't. Sometimes they say they have or they say they've been through
something or they say they've been through an illness, but that's kind of one of their traps is
they kind of got to make it look like they're one of you. They got to kind of make it look like,
oh, no, no, I had this problem too one time. Oh, no, no, I had a thyroid problem. Celery juice
didn't work for me. Celery juice is bad. It's got something in it. It's got nitrates in it or it has
something in it. So they'll set up all the different traps and they're all there. There's
so many of these people that are paid to do it now that are on social media. So they're on there.
They're on Instagram. You guys are on Facebook and they're geared and they're paid by industries to
try to derail or call down or slow down the southerly drinking process. Southerly just
healed your anxiety and depression after years of suffering from it. And that's incredible.
Somebody just wrote that there. What does that mean? So if someone is healed, healed from their anxiety and depression after years of suffering from it, and you guys know, you guys know, and mommies know, depression and anxiety is brutal, absolutely brutal, crippling, crippling.
You know, and that's what happens is that we really underestimate anxiety and depression and what it can do and what it feels like.
And those who haven't suffered with it, they don't care.
Most of them, some do and they have compassion, but they don't really care.
It's as if, you know, it's as if like, hey, so what?
What's your depression?
What is it?
Are you sad?
Get on with it.
Pull it together.
Move on with your life.
Pull it together.
and nobody understands.
So moms need to be understood.
Women need to be understood.
You know, everybody needs to be understood.
We know that.
And so that's the bottom line.
So let's go into this a little bit.
So great to be here.
I love you guys.
And, you know, you're amazing.
You believe in me from the first book?
You like the first book?
That's incredible.
I love the first book too.
I looked into the first book the other day
and was reading through it.
And I was like, oh my God,
spirit's information just blows me away still to this day.
Okay, so let's go into it a little bit.
Those who haven't suffered, they can find it easy to make fun of celery juice drinking.
They could find it like so easy.
And so like in a second, they'll be like, hey, you know, what you're doing is a joke.
Juicing celery is a joke.
Going to buy celery at Whole Foods or going to buy celery at your grocery store is just stupid.
And they could easily make fun of that.
Don't let the jokes get to you.
Don't let them get to you.
Making fun of celery juice is basically like making fun of people who've struggled.
You've got to remember that.
So making fun of juicing celery, of drinking celery juice, is making fun of the people who have struggled with chronic illness or making fun of the people who want to get better.
So you've got to think about how insensitive that is, how there's no compassion there.
It's disrespectful to the growing number of people who've already received benefits.
So like someone said earlier, hey, like I said, they got rid of, I read, they got rid of their anxiety and depression.
So it's like making fun of somebody for actually healing.
And, you know, they shouldn't be drinking their celery juice.
Think about how sad that is.
So it's one thing, and you're going to see this all the time.
Do pregnant women and women who are trying to conceive and drink celery juice?
Yeah, celery juice is incredible for pregnant women.
It's incredible for women who are breastfeeding.
It's incredible for trying to conceive.
It helps to reboot the reproductive system. It helps to awaken it. It helps to revive it. It helps to regenerate it. A lot of women's reproductive systems go on low battery, I call it. I talk about that in the books. And so celery juice helps to actually revive and recharge the reproductive system. So yes, it's very important to drink the celery juice while pregnant. Nothing wrong with that at all. It's incredible. It's an incredible food.
So when naysayers are telling people they weren't sick, basically,
oh, you weren't sick.
You really weren't struggling because it was placebo.
Your celery juice was a placebo and you got better or think you got better.
That means you weren't even sick.
That's a great one that's out there now.
I've actually seen even professionals in the field in interviews say this.
It's incredible.
You know, I try not to do interviews too much anymore.
I mean, I just keep on having faith in humankind and I keep on having faith that the next interviewer is actually going to do us all justice about it.
And I go up against them again and they do the same thing over again.
You know what I mean?
They'll just question me or something and they'll be like, you know, you're not a doctor.
I never said I was a doctor.
I've been doing this for 35 years working with doctors.
I'm the medical medium.
I never said I was a doctor.
I didn't even go to college.
I never said I went to college.
I never said I was a doctor.
I didn't want to be.
I was doing this from age four on.
And so, you know, it's so funny.
So they just care about that.
They don't care about you healing.
They don't care about women taking control of their lives.
They don't care about women being empowered by celery juice or any of the medical medium information.
and instead they're just like no it's got to be a placebo because science didn't say anything about
it yet science didn't say anything about eating collagen yet but the same people questioning me
are taking their collagen in the morning because some alternative guy said collagen helps with the
skin but we got no proof science has never proven it there's never been a single study that actually
shows it's done a thing for its skin it's incredible so what happens is when you're questioning
women who are healing and questioning women that are actually recovering using celery juice and
telling them it's placebo or something is basically questioning the heart and women's
intelligence and women's honesty and integrity. It's questioning their truth. It's questioning
all of it and their intentions. So what does that say when they're questioning women's intent
on if they think they're even healing.
It's once again bringing us back,
and men too, men too, and young men too.
They're questioning young men too.
It's like bringing us back to decades ago
when they told women they're crazy,
all their suffering is in their head,
they're not really sick,
or just telling them their body is attacking itself
like I talked about on the Lyme disease live.
It's back to that.
So where are we?
We're really not that far along.
So why am I fighting for you guys?
Why am I fighting for women and men?
Because we're that far behind.
We're not taken seriously.
And in the chronic illness world, the Internet has brought us together a little bit, thank God.
And it's put us in numbers, but we're still in not a good place.
So it's about, hey, let's use celery juice.
Let's move forward.
Over the decades, chronic illness sufferers have fought to be taken seriously and heard.
Remember that.
So women with chronic illness have fought to be taken seriously, for real.
In fact, before many of you who are young, the women who actually went through it all before you, last decade, the early 2000s, the 1990s, and they went through their hell with their sickness.
They're not getting a diagnosis or getting a diagnosis, not getting the right medical attention, not being taken seriously.
So there's women before the young women that are watching this that have been through hell and back to find their way and fight their way so that it could be an easier world for younger women now.
And it's just unbelievable how it all has come together.
And, you know, and and there's amazing doctors like Dr. Christiane Northrup.
Right. You guys you guys know Dr. Christiane Northrup, a really good friend of mine.
She's an amazing woman.
She's been helping and fighting for women in chronic illness for 40 years in her practice.
So Dr. Christian Northrup, she knows.
She knows what you guys have been through and it's incredible.
And if she's watching this later or whatever, happy Mother's Day, Christian.
So the bottom line though is, look, with the birth of the interdate age, we've been respected a little bit more.
Moms have been respected a little bit more.
and people with chronic illness have been respected a little bit more with the birth of the internet age
and we've been kind of building our strength in numbers, but we're still not respected enough.
The staggering amount of people falling ill right now is unprecedented.
We're getting sicker and sicker and celery juice is finally being a part of stopping that.
Medical medium information is being a part of stopping that.
If you guys haven't got the celery juice book on order, make sure you get it.
It's like literally 12 bucks somewhere around there.
And if you can't afford it, go to the library, let them know.
I'm always going to the library.
I'm always buying books, bringing them to the libraries.
And the libraries get a hold of used copies and all this other stuff.
So just make sure you try to get a book somehow so you can work on healing.
So people who actually feel good for the moment and haven't experienced chronic illness or suffering on any level, right?
They don't know what it's like to wait years for answers.
They don't know what it's like to wait years for celery juice.
They don't know what it's like.
The naysayers have been skeptical, but they're always skeptical on women who are struggling with an illness.
That's why so many moms lose friends, because their friends are kind of tired of hearing about their Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
It happens all the time.
I hear about it all the time.
and their friends get kind of like washed out.
The friends that are kind of feeling good enough,
they get kind of like washed, you know,
they wash away with,
they don't want to hear about the Hashimoto's all the time.
They don't want to hear about the different symptoms
and the anxiety and the depression.
So women have to kind of hide that from their friends
because friends, you know,
they almost can't handle this chronic illness thing
in so many ways.
And young women, they watch their other friends
move forward with their careers. They watch their other friends work out in the gym.
They watch their other friends eat what they want. They watch their other friends go out
with different people wherever they want and go out to restaurants and bars
and concerts and all these things. And so many young women, they get
sick and they get tired and they get chronic fatigue and they can't
really function good and they have to do different ways of
doing school and they can't just go headstrong into school
and going headstrong into sports and they're struggling and they're struggling with fatigue
issues and aches and pains and weight issues. And we're just not sensitive enough to all the
young women that are struggling and watching their friends move forward and watching other
people move forward with their lives. And it's devastating to young women when they feel like
they can't, you know, be in the game. They can't be what they feel like is in the game of life.
but don't let that ever get to you.
You are in the game of life.
You're actually growing more than you know.
You're building your soul and the power of your soul
more than you even know than you could ever think or believe.
Because when you're sick and struggling,
you become somebody that no one can touch,
that no one can take away.
Your soul and the power of the soul
and who you are as a person and a woman
and a human being and man too,
and men that go through this.
You can't take that away.
We rise out of the ashes with this.
We become somebody stronger than anybody
who hasn't been experiencing chronic illness,
who hasn't experienced suffering of any kind,
who hasn't experienced a hardship.
You actually become stronger in so many ways
and rise above that.
It's unbelievable.
So never, never, never think differently.
You guys got your celery juice this morning on this Mother's Day or is it really busy morning and you can't do the celery juice?
Listen, people who are skeptical, you know, they're skeptical also because of a man whose origin was hearing a voice at age four.
OK, and that's another thing, too.
But the bottom line is, if you have answers like celery juice and people heal, and you have other answers that are in like the liver rescue book and all the other books, right?
And it comes from a place above.
We want to have that on our side.
Because science and research, they haven't been on anybody's side in chronic illness, okay?
They haven't.
They're not.
Why do you think they invest so many other things that don't matter, but they don't invest money into things that do matter with women?
They don't invest money with things about women suffering and chronic illness and multiple sclerosis and breast cancer and all these other different conditions.
They still don't know what the cause of fibromyalgia is.
Well, the cause of fibromyalgia is in the celery juice book.
It's in here.
A big reason people find it easy to be skeptical because they haven't read the books.
This is another thing too.
It's incredible.
It's easy to be skeptical of the celery juice when you don't even read the information where it comes from, when you don't even read the medical medium books.
So the information fills in all the holes of everybody's skeptical concerns.
Celery juice is just one of the tools that's in these books.
So, look, let's talk about what's in celery juice, what's not in celery juice.
Let's talk about all that.
So it's great to be here.
It's Mother's Day and talking about medical medium celery juice, talking about chronic illness, talking about suffering and struggling that you guys have been through and all of it.
And can't wait to read this book.
Incredible.
You're not going to be disappointed.
it. I really don't think you're going to be disappointed. I talk about rheumatoid arthritis,
which is rheumatoid arthritis is caused by Epstein-Barr. Someone just mentioned it. And I
talk about that in the celery juice book too. So let's go into the rumors, concerns, the myths.
So add-ins. So add-ins. What does that mean? Adding things in your celery juice. You're going
to see this happen all the time. The apple cider vinegar, which many of you guys use and love,
because you've been told it's really good for you.
Be careful on the apple cider vinegar.
Okay, the apple cider vinegar is the people are going to be that,
you know, put out all that apple cider vinegar now.
They're going to be upset because a lot of people have been backing down
on their apple cider vinegar in the morning.
They don't have time to do it.
And so they're buying less of it.
The reason why is because they're drinking celery juice.
So the apple cider vinegar people out in the world,
and you mix your apple cider vinegar in with your celery juice.
No way.
Terrible.
Bad.
Horrible.
You destroy your celery juice.
You just wasted the power of your celery juice.
You just destroyed the sodium cluster salts in here, the balance.
You just destroyed the vitamin C because apple cider vinegar instantly destroys vitamin C.
So if you take vitamin C or if you eat something with vitamin C or you eat an orange or you have some broccoli with vitamin C and you do apple cider vinegar that day, you just destroyed and wiped out all your vitamin C.
So it doesn't preserve vitamin C. It actually destroys it.
So the deal is, is taking away the power of what celery juice offers is what you're doing.
So when you add in apple cider vinegar, you just destroyed or weakened your celery juice.
So think about that.
So don't do it.
So we're going into other add-ins.
Getting a dry throat again.
Some might have to drink my celery juice because I'm talking so fast.
Collagen.
Here's another one.
Okay?
You can't rebuild your skin by eating collagen.
It doesn't work.
When you eat collagen, all it does is just go into your intestinal tract, okay, and becomes waste and you eliminate it.
You basically go to the bathroom and eliminate it.
All it does is go out the other end, okay?
So that's what happens to collagen.
Eating collagen can't deliver it to your skin to create collagen or replace collagen.
It doesn't make any sense.
In fact, it's impossible.
So there's no science or research behind that. There's nothing that can show you that collagen becomes better skin or new skin, right?
But the collagen makers, millions and hundreds of millions of dollars.
You guys are at home trying to work for your paycheck, trying to struggle through the day, trying to get your chronic illness better.
And you're told to buy and get an enriching collagen makers, which I mean hundreds of millions and millions and millions of dollars.
OK, that's a trend that's propelled by monetary gain.
Lots of money. Empires are being built that you guys can't even believe, because I know a lot of people in the industry, you know, and a lot of people come to me and talk to me.
And stuff and.
Massive empires are built on collagen, and it's and it's sad.
It's really sad because women.
are, you know, if it's propaganda and it's advertised 24-7, you just think, oh my god,
well, it only makes sense, right? Collagen, collagen, you eat collagen, you get collagen.
And so the collagen makers are getting upset. So they send out a lot of trolls.
They send a lot of naysayers. Because when you're drinking your celery juice, which rebuilds your
collagen celery juice rebuilds your collagen it actually restore collagen why do you think
eczema and psoriasis get better why do you think acne gets better why do you think dermatitis and
rosacea gets better when you're drinking celery juice it's actually helping rebuild the skin and
i'm going to talk about exactly what's in celery juice that does that rebuild your
good we're getting there so you can't so the collagen makers are saying mix it in celery
juice that's what they're saying okay don't mix it in celery you're just you're just going to ruin
your celery juice you're going to weaken your celery juice the truth that collagen
creates connective tissue is ridiculous plant foods
create connective tissue,
like this plant food.
So whether you're paleo,
you're in a high animal protein,
whether you're in some other kind of diet,
it doesn't matter.
Plant food still rebuilds your connective tissue,
still rebuilds your collagen.
Very important.
understand we have a high toxic load in our bodies it becomes destructive to our
liver it's destructive to our skin the whole thing with hives and rashes it's toxins different
kinds and i talk about with you know kinds and everything and in the cellarages book surfacing
to the skin.
So think about it.
It surfaces to the skin,
and then that's what destroys your skin.
It's not anything else.
Collagen doesn't fix that.
Cellular juice helps fix that.
Toxins weaken our collagen in our skin
that's created by other cells
and immune cells, which get stimulated and restored by things like coumarins.
So that's what's in celery juice.
So here's what you're going to hear.
There's something called coumarins in celery juice or coumarins, however you want to say
it.
People say it differently.
And these exist inside celery juice.
Now, the naysayers, you know, are going to be out there, the big naysayers, and they're going to pay the trolls and everybody else to tell you that Cumerans or Cumerans don't help us, that they're actually bad for us.
that's a tactic
self tactic to try to stop you
these kumarins are amazing
they're incredible
it's what helps get the skin
better
it's why you'll hear from people
my skin is like 10 years younger after drinking
Celery juice. My skin is doing better than ever. So it's incredible how it works.
They haven't even, science and research hasn't even examined Coumarin.
Examined Coumarins.
Coumarins.
They haven't even looked into them.
This is what happens. The Coumarins reconstruct and replenish skin.
That's what they do. They help the neutrophils, the basophils, the lymphocytes underneath the skin.
They bring back and repair, and they repair damage, and they restore the skin.
They protect us from toxins. They protect us from the sun.
So what's in this cellarid juice are these coumarins, these coumarins, and they're powerful.
And so what you're going to see is an attack on those soon.
So I talk about that in the Medical Medium Celery Juice book.
Look, you know, I could just kind of blow my horn all day long here on here.
But if you get this, you could read about it.
And you can really understand it because I can't cover it all because I write a lot about this.
Okay, so let's go into celery tablets and celery powders.
Everybody's going to want to hop on the bandwagon.
Okay, so this is a funny one.
Everybody's going to want to hop on the bandwagon.
So think about that.
There's going to be all these celery tablets, celery powders.
okay you don't need to do your celery juice your fresh celery juice you can just get
celery powder no it's a mistake
it's a mistake you're just you're not going to get the benefits you're not going to be able to
get better and then you're going to give up on your celery juice because it's not going to do
anything for you, but it's the way they're going to go. So the sodium cluster salts in celery juice,
the enzymes in celery juice, these enzymes and sodium cluster salts, they actually get
destroyed when you do the celery tablets. They get destroyed when you do the celery powders.
You cannot preserve those.
So you just don't do them.
You don't do them.
But the industry is going to try to push those into the scene more than ever.
So it's really important to understand.
Okay, so let's go into the next one.
Does celery juice help endometriosis infertility?
I did a whole live.
Go to InstaLive TV.
look
for the one that I loaded up on InstaLive TV
okay promise me you'll do
that and not forget about it
go to InstaLive TV
you'll see I did a reproductive show
just recently
and just go back
a couple of episodes
and you'll find it
yes it does help it
you're only drinking 8 ounces
is that if that
That's all you can do. Do it. Okay? Do it. It's still going to help.
Try to build yourself up eventually to 16 ounces.
But if it's all you can do, I'm happy.
Okay. Diuretic defect. That's a big deal.
Right there. So here's what the naysayers are going to do.
It kind of makes me laugh, so I got a smile on my face about it.
celery juice is a diuretic, the trolls are going to say.
Right? So, listen, trolls
come in different shapes and sizes now. They're not just the angry ones.
They're the ones that look like discerning men and women
that are intelligent, that have tried all these different things.
So just remember, trolls come in, they're
they're actually being trained
to like actually
trick you.
Okay, so diuretic defect.
You know, the celery juice, is it a diuretic?
All
fruits and vegetables, anything
that cleanses you is
a mild
diuretic.
Okay? Every
single fruit
every single vegetable.
If you're afraid of fruit and you have fruit fear,
you shouldn't have fruit fear.
But if you do,
then vegetables is all you know
and lettuces is all you like
or whatever, fine.
Well, they all have diuretic effects.
Broccoli, cauliflower,
or spinach, lettuce, iceberg lettuce, you know, the bad lettuce, ice, it all is a diuretic.
It has a diuretic effect, okay?
Everything does.
Every single food except an animal product.
has a diuretic defect.
So remember that.
Milk, cheese, butter,
meat, you know, chicken,
doesn't have a diuretic defect at all.
On any level.
The reason why,
I'm not saying it's bad or good or anything,
is it doesn't cleanse the body on any level.
So when you eat a piece of chicken
or you eat a piece of meat, it can't cleanse the body.
It can't detox the body.
It can't, it just holds up toxins.
It can't detox the body.
That's why people who love animal protein,
I want to make sure they're eating enough leafy greens
and fruits and vegetables.
And another thing is if you're on a,
out of nuts and seeds like the vegans and the plant-based people you can't detox your body
when you're on too many nuts
and seeds if you're on too many cashews almonds um different seeds different you know
almond butter peanut butter peanut it's a bean i know it's a it grows on the ground and all that
it's not a it's it's
different thing. So, but we call them nuts, peanuts. The bottom line is they can't, if you're
eating too many peanuts and nuts and everything, and you're not paleo, you're not keto, animal
protein or anything like that, you guys, it's not a diuretic. So nuts aren't a diuretic.
almonds, walnuts, cashews,
hazelnuts, Brazil nuts,
pumpkin seeds, they're not diuretics.
Go back to this now. Celery juice
is a mild
diuretic. Spinach, lettuce,
cauliflower, every vegetable.
There is. Zuccanis, any kind of fruit are all mild diuretics because they're high in minerals.
High in minerals.
One of the most important pieces of information you could have under your belt.
minerals are designed to bind onto toxins and flush them out of your body.
The reason why the medical medium information originated the lemon water for flushing your
system and liver three decades ago came from spirit.
It came from me, which I'm going to tell you this one point.
I can't help it.
It's too fun.
I love this one.
Interviewers will say to me, there's no science research behind your celery juice, right?
So they'll interview some dietician, and the dietician will say, you should put lemon in warm water, squeeze lemon in water to flush out your liver.
don't do celery juice. There's no science behind celery juice.
There's no science behind
squeezing lemon in water because it's mine too.
I'm the guy that brought to the world
squeezing lemon in water
flushes your liver. It originated from me.
And so what happens, that spirit's information is
what I mean. So it's too funny when you think about it. It's hilarious. Anyway, I didn't create
lemonade though, and I didn't create lemons, and I didn't create the idea of putting lemon in
water. But flushing the liver, flushing your body in the morning with lemon water,
That's spirit's information.
The bottom line is, it's a diuretic.
Lemon water is a mild diuretic.
Celery juice is a mild diuretic.
Eating a salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, little pieces of celery, broccoli, any kind
like any kind of herb, cilantro, is all a mild diuretic.
But let's talk about a real diuretic.
A real one.
A harsh one.
One that dehydrates you.
One that really
really holds you back from detoxing
because it's not cleansing you because it
there's mild diuretic.
cleanse the minerals
and celery
has the minerals,
biononotoxins,
and remove them from the body.
Okay?
Coffee is a harsh diuretic.
It gets the kidneys to
swell
instead of cleanse.
It gets the liver to swell
instead of cleanse.
It's
so that holds water,
and then when it releases it,
it releases it with your nutrients.
It releases the water.
It's a harsh diuretic that releases your water
with your minerals and your nutrients.
You become mineral and nutrient and vitamin to fat.
You're deficient drinking coffee every single day.
If you still like coffee, fine.
Just saying that you literally become deficient over time.
So then you have teeth problems later on.
And you might blame that teeth problem on a vegan diet you did for a year.
Or a paleo diet.
Because paleo people, they're all in the dentist's chairs getting their teeth drilled.
So whatever it is, but what it is, it's things like coffee and stuff, those harsh diuretics.
Okay, let's go into green tea, harsh diuretics.
Let's go into nitrates.
Let's go into nitrites, really important.
So, another thing that trolls are going to throw at you guys
and throw at the mommies and throw at everybody else
to try to stop them from healing and healing their children
and drinking celery juice
is nitrates.
There's nitrates in celery juice.
That's what they say.
And, and,
Here's the thing. This is a great one.
Every single fruit and vegetable
has naturally occurring nitrates.
But they're not the nitrates they stick in hot dogs.
They're not the nitrates they stick in meat.
they're not the nitrates they stick in fat.
It's food.
They're not the nitrates they stick in chicken.
They're not the nitrates they stick in bacon.
In any kind of bacon, it's got nitrates in it.
Not naturally occurring nitrates.
It's got the toxic nitrates, the added ones.
So, okay, so that's the dangerous nitrates.
Manufactured nitrates by chemical companies put into everybody's food.
So then we all kind of get kind of like we all kind of remember that.
Nitrates are bad.
They stick nitrates in hot dogs.
You want to get the hot dogs that are nitrate-free.
You want to get the pork that's nitrate-free, right?
You'll hear that.
Stay away from pork.
No matter what side aisle you're on, you know.
Vegetarian, paleo, whatever, stay away from pork.
So the natural occurring nitrates in apples, in berries,
In celery, in lettuce, in cucumbers, in every single fresh food there is.
You know, if you see a basket of vegetables of all kinds, if you go to a farmer's market and you see kale and you see chard and you see cilantro and you see parsley and you see zucchinis and squash.
and winter squash and sweet potatoes.
And you see all these beautiful
foods that help you heal.
They
all have natural occurring
nitrates in them.
There's nothing that
doesn't.
Animal products that are naturally
raised, farm raised, not farm raised, sorry, naturally
raised, grass fed raised
have nitrates in them because
grass has naturally occurring
nitrate in it. When a grass fed
cow, grass-fed steer
cow, cattle,
you know, whatever it is, actually
it's feeding off of
grass in a field.
The meat is filled with natural
occurring nitrate.
It's from the grass. We can't escape it. It's part of everything we are. So when you hear a troll say celery juice is filled with nitrates, it's not true.
Now let's talk about something else about it.
Excuse me, let's talk about celery powders.
Celery powders
add nitrates to celery powders
to try to cure something.
So that's what they do.
So the industries have taken celery powder and then they add a toxic nitrate to it, to
the powder, and then they try to cure a meat with it or cure a fish with it.
And because celery powder on its own can't cure meat because it's,
doesn't have the nitrates to do it.
So I'm just letting you know.
So you're going to see that information.
It's important to know it.
And it's important to know not all nitrates are the same.
The nitrate that's naturally occurring in celery juice is healthy for us.
It's actually good for us.
it helps us heal
so just as people are not all the same
just as water is not all the same
just as salt is not all the same
because you know the difference between salt
and then you know the difference between a vegetable
that's high in sodium cluster salts.
So that's how it works.
Nitrates aren't all the same.
So we got to realize this.
So that's going to be a big thing.
The trolls are going to throw that at you the whole bit.
The clones, I call them clones because they pretty much all act the same.
Okay.
So, nitrates are different than nitrites.
Eating celery powder,
which contains naturally occurring nitrates,
it can't be relied upon, like I said,
as something to cure pickles or cure meat.
It just doesn't work.
So they have to add the dangerous nitrates to it.
So that's what happens.
So let's talk about some other things too.
Very important.
Nitrites are not in celery juice.
Just whatever you do, don't get confused by that.
That's not happening.
just
bottom line.
So
let's go into some more information.
So I want to talk about
fiber.
So that's one thing right there.
We'll talk about fiber for a couple of minutes.
So
what you're going to hear from the trolls,
what you're going to hear
What you can hear about the naysayers is you're taking away the nutrients by juicing this and creating a juice.
So they're going to be anti-juicing.
So when you go and get your juicer and you go and get your, when you buy your juicer and you go on the internet, you're going to see a whole bunch of nutrients.
of people that don't know what they're talking about
and they're going to be like,
you shouldn't
be juicing. You're
actually, you know, leaving all the fiber
and pulp behind. That was a campaign
to try to
stop
people
from getting healthy once again.
Juicing has saved lives.
Juicing has brought people
people back from literally almost near death.
I've seen juicing bring people back and get them out of bed and move them forward like
nothing else could in their lives.
And I've seen people juicing celery juice to literally.
change your lives.
You're saying, which juicer do I use?
I use the Omega juicers.
So Omega, best, the best juicer company, the best juicers.
So it's Omega.
You'll just go to my directory and you'll see that, you know,
the omega one that's the one i use i actually have it sitting over here it's right on the table
over there um
i love it i love it it's my favorite by far um so anyway
okay let's talk about the fiber the fiber
fiber interferes with the extraction that you're doing.
So, okay, let's see here.
You can do smoothies.
You can keep fiber in.
You can eat salads.
You can keep fiber in.
You can eat vegetables, whether it's steamed, cooked, or raw,
and keep the fiber in.
Fiber is amazing for us.
We need fiber in our diet.
I never was anti-fiber.
I was always pro-fiber.
You have to be.
I was pro-fiber before
they talked about fiber 40 years ago.
Okay?
I was pro-fiber.
Okay?
Spirit-willed.
is always pro-fiber.
It's not the problem.
And so, you know, they'll just
try to kind of like,
they'll kind of like
pigeonhole me into this whole thing,
try to corner me,
and be like,
you're obviously against fiber,
so you don't know
what I think about nutrition,
because nutritionists know
that fiber is so important.
Thank you.
